Our Mandate
Our mandate is to help local Christians develop their own ministry to seafarers within the context of their own resources of volunteers, time and finances.

Our primary focus is on port cities in developing countries.

Our Vision
Our vision is for seamen to find "the hope of Christ in every port."

Every seamen should have the opportunity to meet a believing Christian.

Vibrant Christians live in the port cities of developing countries. Why can't they go to their own ports and share Jesus Christ?

Our Goal
...to establish evangelical port ministries where none exist.
...to train local Christians to serve the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of seafarers.
...to develop strategies and methods of evangelism and discipleship for ministering to seafarers.
...to conduct these activities with the highest of ethical and professional standards.
